We are currently recruiting a Senior Consultant to join our growing Private Equity Fund Accounting team in Limerick. This is a key role within the division, responsible for reviewing team output, managing workloads, and ensuring delivery in line with agreed service levels.
You will provide leadership across the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment while maintaining a strong focus on client service and quality.

Support the continued growth and development of the Private Equity team

Deliver high-quality client service through accurate and timely execution of all deliverables

Manage team workloads effectively to ensure deadlines and SLAs are consistently met

Review and oversee the completion of NAVs and valuations
-
Enhance client reporting processes and identify opportunities for improvement

Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to team members
-
Promote a positive, respectful, and high-performing team culture

Ensure strong risk awareness and adherence to internal controls

Act as a key point of contact for clients and external auditors, managing queries effectively

Ensure compliance with regulatory and client reporting deadlines
-
Support team development, providing regular and constructive feedback

Contribute to strategic initiatives, including offshore team development and process automation (Investran)

Assist in delivering on departmental goals and strategic priorities

Support onboarding of new clients, including fund structures and reporting requirements

Communicate effectively with clients, investors, and stakeholders

Stay informed on industry, market, and regulatory developments

Qualified accountant with extensive post-qualification experience
-
Strong knowledge of Irish/UK GAAP, US GAAP, and IFRS
-
Understanding of Irish regulatory and tax requirements relevant to fund accounting

Experience in, or strong interest in, Private Equity Fund Administration

Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams

Strong client service mindset

Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable with systems/process improvement initiatives
