The Role
As a Multi-Trader, you will carry out a variety of maintenance and renovation tasks across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will be skilled in several trades, work to a high standard, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities
● General carpentry and joinery
● Basic plumbing repairs and installations
● Tiling, plaster patching, and painting/decorating
● Kitchen and bathroom installations
● Flooring installation and repairs
● General property maintenance and snagging
● Diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues
● Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
● Keeping work areas clean and organised
● Communicating professionally with customers and colleagues
Requirements
● Proven experience as a Multi-Trader or in property renovation
● Competent in a range of trades
● Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
● Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
● Good problem-solving skills
● Full, clean driving licence
● Own tools preferred
