ABOUT THE ROLE
Kevin O’Leary Group has been a trusted name in the retail motor industry since 1963, operating multiple locations across Munster and employing over 180 people. Our Bandon dealership is currently undergoing a full redevelopment and has expanded its franchise portfolio with the addition of Renault, Renault Commercials and Dacia, alongside our established Opel and Mazda brands. We also operate a thriving used vehicle business and a busy aftersales department — making this an exciting time to join our team.
We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to be a key part of our expanding sales team. You will play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while consistently achieving sales targets across new and used vehicles, finance products, insurance, warranties, and accessories.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve volume sales of new and used vehicles
- Build lasting customer relationships and develop new business through proactive prospecting
- Maximise profitability through the sale of finance, insurance, warranty and accessories products
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across all brands and key competitor offerings
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales or customer facing role
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English — written and spoken
- Full, clean driving licence — current and valid
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- A background in maintaining existing customer relationships and developing new contacts is essential
EDUCATION
Leaving Certificate required; a relevant third-level qualification or equivalent industry experience is preferred.
SALARY & BENEFITS
On-target earnings: €40,000 – €65,000 per annum
Basic salary plus uncapped commission. The following benefits are also included:
