Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Experience working on slate, tile and corrugated roofs
- A full clean driving licence
- Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and Working at Heights certifications
- The ability to work safely and confidently at height and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
Desirable Experience
- Previous Solar PV installation experience (preferred but not essential)

Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced and motivated Solar PV Installers / Roofing Operatives to join our expanding Installation Team based in Westport, Co. Mayo.
Working across residential, commercial and ground-mounted projects throughout Connaught, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality Solar PV installations while developing your career within one of Ireland's fastest-growing renewable energy sectors.

The Role
As part of our Installation Team, you'll be responsible for installing Solar PV systems safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Your duties will include:
- Installing Solar PV panels and mounting systems on a variety of roof types
- Working on residential, commercial and ground-mounted Solar PV projects
- Assisting with all aspects of Solar PV installations from preparation through to completion
- Safely transporting and handling tools, materials and equipment
- Supporting the installation team with daily site activities
- Ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and within scheduled deadlines
- Following all company Health & Safety procedures, SEAI standards and site regulations
- Maintaining clean, organised and safe working environments
- Travelling to installation sites throughout Connaught
- Working safely and confidently at height
