Site Operations Manager (Facilities, Catering & Accommodation)
I'm partnering with a well-established and highly respected client in Clare to recruit a Site Operations Manager (Facilities & Catering) who will take full ownership of multi-service operations across facilities, accommodation, and corporate catering. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, drives high standards, and is passionate about delivering exceptional client and customer experiences.

This is a full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday-Friday).
What You'll Do

Lead and manage all site operations across facilities, accommodation, and catering services, ensuring seamless delivery.

Promote a culture of health & safety, innovation, and customer excellence across the site.

Ensure all contracted services consistently meet agreed KPIs, liaising closely with contractors and stakeholders.

Oversee accommodation services to ensure they meet client needs and service standards.

Drive high standards in food quality, presentation, and overall customer experience.

Ensure full compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, HACCP, and relevant legislation including HIQA standards.

Lead, motivate, and develop teams through regular reviews, coaching, and daily engagement.

Plan and deliver team meetings and daily operational briefings.

Build strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact for service delivery.

Oversee budgets and deliver on P&L targets, ensuring cost-effective operations.

Maintain legislative compliance and ensure all reporting and documentation is up to date.
What We're Looking For

5+ years' experience in a senior management role within facilities management, hospitality, or corporate catering.

Strong experience managing budgets, financial controls, and performance analysis.

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.

Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong organisational and time management abilities with a proactive mindset.

Ability to work independently and drive operational improvements.

Strong business planning and problem-solving skills.

Solid knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP, and regulatory compliance.

High level of professionalism with strong reporting and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
