The successful applicant will provide administrative and operational support to the Agents Department, assisting with pre-inspections, tenancy coordination, applicant management, property viewings, and maintenance follow-up processes. The role requires strong organisation, communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while supporting the agents in delivering a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and filter rental applications across all online advertising platforms, applying criteria set by the agents.
- Maintain accurate, professional and engaging online property listings to maximise enquiries and lead generation.
- Shortlist suitable applicants and coordinate property viewings with prospective tenants and agents.
- Manage application forms, references, identification and proof of income/employment, ensuring all documentation is complete and organised.
- Liaise with agents, applicants, landlords and contractors throughout the lettings process.
- Coordinate tenant approvals, deposits, tenancy documentation and new tenant onboarding.
- Carry out pre-tenancy and move-out inspection coordination, including arranging inspections and following up on required works.
- Review inspection reports and coordinate maintenance and repairs with agents and contractors.
- Monitor outstanding works and ensure they are completed and approved prior to a new tenancy commencing.
- Maintain accurate applicant and tenancy records and ensure prompt communication with applicants and tenants.
- Monitor maintenance reports during the first seven days of a new tenancy and promptly escalate any issues to the responsible agent.
- Support a high level of customer service throughout the applicant and tenant journey, including requesting Google reviews as part of the onboarding process.

Pay: €30,000.00 per year
