We are currently seeking to recruit a Supervisor to join our highly professional and energetic team.
The candidate must be welcoming and friendly with a can-do attitude along with strong attention to detail, have experience working in a team, have fluency in verbal and written English and have excellent levels of personal motivation and confidence.
We are looking for a responsible Supervisor to oversee the workflow at our facilities. You will be responsible for coaching, resolving issues and serving as a link between the service team and management. The ideal candidate will be a competent individual who will be able to guide and train employees while also being results-driven and focused. The goal is to ensure that operations are carried out in a professional manner while maintaining the lively atmosphere of the Bar.
Job Description:
- Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
- Receive complaints and resolve problems
- Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
- Pass on information from management to employees and vice versa
- Train new employees
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €16.50-€18.50 per hour
