Experienced Floor Staff / Duty Manager

The 2 Sisters Restaurant is looking for an experienced and mature hospitality professional to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone with strong floor staff experience who is ready to take responsibility, lead by example, and help deliver excellent customer service.
About the Role
- Serving customers and providing outstanding service
- Supervising daily floor operations
- Supporting and covering management duties when required
- Opening and closing the restaurant
- Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally
- Assisting with staff training and maintaining service standards
- Working closely with kitchen and management teams
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality is essential
- Previous supervisor, team leader, or management experience preferred
- Barista experience is highly desirable
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
- Mature and professional attitude
- Available to work weekdays and weekends as required
