We are looking for an exceptional Manager to lead the Visitor Experience at one of Ireland's premium distillery destinations.
This is far more than an operational management role. It is an opportunity to shape every aspect of the guest journey while leading a high-performing team, driving commercial success, and ensuring operational excellence across our visitor experience. Attention to detail is essential as part of this role and the successful candidate will demonstrate a keen eye for the finer details.
As Visitor Experience Manager, you will inspire and develop a diverse team responsible for delivering memorable experiences that reflect our brand values. You will oversee the day-to-day operation while continually identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, guest satisfaction and commercial performance.
You will work closely with teams across the wider business—including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Brand, Production and HR.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, and takes pride in delivering exceptional standards every single day.

- Building strong working relationships with our café partner to deliver a seamless customer journey.
- Ensuring operational standards, compliance and health & safety are consistently achieved.
About You
You'll be an experienced leader who enjoys developing people as much as improving operations.
You'll bring:
- Significant leadership experience within hospitality, tourism, retail, attractions or premium consumer experiences.
- Outstanding people management skills with the confidence to lead a variety of personalities and experience levels.
- Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, labour costs and operational KPIs.
