Due to our ongoing success securing large-scale Data Centre projects, we now have a requirement for an ICT / Security Commissioning Authority (CxA) Lead to join our Commissioning team on a 6-month contract based on a Data Centre project in Co. Dublin.

- Day-to-day engagement with the client, ICT and security contractors, vendors and project stakeholders on site.

Lead the ICT and Electronic Security commissioning activities across the project lifecycle.

Engage with the design team to ensure robust design reviews are completed with a focus on commissionability and operational readiness.

Develop ICT and Security commissioning plans, test scripts, procedures and schedules.

Lead and coordinate commissioning activities for ICT and Electronic Security systems including:

Prepare for and supervise all levels of ICT and Security systems testing.

Witness Factory Acceptance Testing (Level 0/FAT) through to Level 3 systems testing.

Execute and deliver Level 4 Integrated Systems Testing.

Plan, coordinate and lead Integrated Systems Testing (IST/Level 5) with all project stakeholders.

Coordinate testing activities with Electrical, Mechanical, BMS, Fire Alarm and other specialist commissioning teams.

Review contractor commissioning documentation and verify test results.

Manage commissioning issue logs and drive timely resolution of deficiencies.

Generate commissioning schedules, monitor progress and report against project milestones.

Support project handover through verification of as-built documentation, O&M manuals and client training.

Ensure all commissioning activities are delivered safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards.

- Third Level Degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (Level 8 preferred).

10+ years' demonstrated experience commissioning ICT and Electronic Security systems on large-scale projects.

Proven experience in a Commissioning Authority (CxA), Commissioning Lead or Commissioning Manager role within mission critical or Data Centre environments.

Strong knowledge of ICT infrastructure, structured cabling and Electronic Security systems.

Experience leading Integrated Systems Testing (IST) and complex multi-disciplinary commissioning activities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Professional approach and demeanour with strong stakeholder management skills.

A strong ethical approach to safety, quality and sustainable design.

Knowledge of relevant ICT, telecommunications and security industry standards and best practices.
