Project Manager (Housing) – Trim
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager (Housing) to join a residential construction team delivering high-quality housing developments in Trim. This is a key leadership role responsible for the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full delivery of residential housing projects from start to finish
- Manage project programme, budget, and overall performance
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards
- Oversee planning, sequencing, and resource allocation across the site
- Chair site meetings and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders
- Manage risk, resolve issues, and drive proactive project delivery
- Maintain strong Health & Safety compliance across all site activities
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on residential housing projects
- Strong leadership and site delivery experience
- Excellent commercial awareness and programme management skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractor teams
- Strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Relevant construction or engineering qualification preferred

Pay: €80,000.00-€90,000.00 per year
