The suitable candidate will have fluent english, have experience working in the hospitality industry, preferable on the floor and managing sections or a supervisory, proven track record of successfully leading a section and teams in high volume operations.
SKILLS: excellent personal leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, strong organisational and time management skills, a knowledge of customers and the service and the hospitality industry esp in Cork City. You will be part of creative and dynamic team that will help you devolpe your skills.
A desire to make hospitality your future career long term will be beneficial to the successful candidate.
