A new Salad Bar for Cork’s Marina Market, launching at the end of June.
BOWLD is a new salad bar concept that is being brought to Cork City’s Marina Market with a menu consisting of a flavour-first salad bowl offering inspired by classic globally inspired combinations from Hawaii (Poke), Mexico, Middle East, Japan, Vietnam, Spain, Mediterranean, Cork (of course like!!) and many more.
We can’t wait to get BOWLD started in Cork’s iconic Marina Market and be part of and complement the already-amazing offering that exists there. BOWLD is excitedly looking to hire full-time & part-time staff that are really good team-mates and are keen to work in a modern, buzzy, flavour-driven, care-driven Kitchen that will involve:
Food Prep - Chopping, pickling, making dressings & salsas, blending, juicing, washing leaves. Next day organisation.
Food service – serving to order from the salad bar, replenishing stocks, ensuring a clean workspace.
Front Counter - Managing orders, taking card payments, communicating warmly & effectively with customers & staff
Cleaning – The Kitchen space is kept clean to the highest hygiene standards at all times, full -clean-down at end of day.

BOWLD @ Marina Market will be open 7 days a week from 12noon until 8pm. From 10am Saturday & Sunday.
