Responsibilities

Engage in conversations with enterprise customers to introduce digital transformation opportunities aligned to their industry, with a focus on artificial intelligence adoption and impact.

Collaborate across account teams, partners, and services to qualify, track, and expand high-impact opportunities within large organizations.

Identify, develop, and propose AI-driven solutions that address customer needs, leveraging demonstrations, workshops, and direct engagement to drive adoption.

Apply orchestration models by aligning internal stakeholders and partner relationships to drive deal closure and successful customer outcomes.

Provide competitive analyses and insights to inform customer strategies and support innovation across digital enterprise sales engagements.
Qualifications

Fluency in Polish

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND technology-related sales or account management experience.

Master's Degree in Business Administration (e.g., MBA), Information Technology, or related field AND technology-related sales or account management experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND technology-related sales or account management experience OR demonstrated technology-related sales or account management experience.

Solution sales or consulting services sales experience
Digital Solution Area Specialists IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Ireland is € 62,200.00 - € 92,100.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.

Digital Solution Area Specialists IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Spain is € 53,200.00 - € 82,900.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
