For our cafe in the city center, we are hiring an experienced Barista & Counter Assistant.
The successful candidate must be fully flexible working between 9 am and 8 pm, this position won't suit students in daytime education.
Weekly hours will depend on the business, may vary between 25-35 hours, more hours may be available in peak season.
Requirements/Experience:
- Previous experience on a manual coffee machine is essential.
- Previous experience with food preparation welcome, but not essential, as training will be provided.
- Skill to texture latte/cappuccino milk.
- Working knowledge of cash register and any POS systems is essential.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Dedicated to the highest level of customer service.
- Flexibility and ability to work on own initiative.
- Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English is a must.
