Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Administration
- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone and email.
- Process and manage customer orders accurately using the Intact system.
- Create new product and customer records as required.
- Maintain and update customer pricing and order information.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Liaise with customers regarding orders, deliveries and product availability.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Oversees day-to-day reception and front-of-house operations
Despatch Administration
- Prepare and process delivery documentation, dispatch notes and transport paperwork.
- Liaise with hauliers, couriers and customers regarding deliveries and collections.
- Coordinate daily despatch schedules with the warehouse and production teams.
- Monitor order status to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Assist with stock checks and inventory administration as required.
- Update internal systems to maintain accurate despatch and order records.
- Work closely with Production Planning, Warehouse and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth operations.
General Duties
- Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Support other administrative functions within the business when required.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties associated with the role.

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service and/or administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken and written English.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
- Experience working with ERP systems; experience with Intact would be advantageous.
