We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and hard-working Seasonal Barista / All-Rounder to join our team at Swim Club Deli
This is a hands-on role in a busy environment, so we’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong people skills, and the flexibility to help wherever needed. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with customers, take pride in doing their job well, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving coffees, drinks, and food
- Providing excellent customer service
- Taking orders and handling payments
- Maintaining cleanliness and food hygiene standards
- Assisting with general day-to-day duties across the café
- Supporting teammates during busy periods
What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service experience essential
- Barista experience preferred but not essential
- Food handling experience preferred but not essential
- Flexible and dependable
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to work confidently on your own and within a team
- A willingness to learn and a good work ethic
- Positive attitude and attention to detail
