IBM iX is looking for talented and highly motivated, modern technology consultant to join our iX consulting practice in Ireland. As a Managing Consultant, you will help our clients improve the agility of their organisation, define new IT operating models, and create new value from enterprise data. A successful candidate will have experience within the following areas: customer experience design & implementation, enterprise customer contact & billing systems (particularly in the utility / telco space).

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • >8 Years enterprise systems (contact/billing) in Utility and/or telco sectors
  • >4 Years leading enterprise system change
  • >2 Years consulting experience in Utility and/or telco sectors
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills
  • Proven digital technology understanding
  • Developed and current customer experience design & implementation skills (academic & professional)
