We are expanding our Kitchen Team. We need an important member of staff - Kitchen porter, to be part of that team.
Experience is extremely desirable, but not essential. Candidates should be enthusiastic, passionate, hard-working, friendly, flexible and a team player.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out basic cleaning tasks as fast as possible.
- Collecting and washing up pots and pans.
- Cleaning crockery & cutlery and ensuring food preparation sites are clean and ready
- To assist the Chefs in achieving the highest cleanliness standards in the kitchen areas.
- Dish washing, cleaning of all utensils required by the chefs.
- Ongoing cleaning of all kitchen areas and equipment, food storage areas and scheduled cleaning to ensure that the business meets the highest standards required.
- Communicating with Chefs, Management, Food and Beverage staff.
You should:
- Be able to work a varied shift pattern, early/late/weekend and evening as per business requirements
- Be a great communicator
- Have experience working in an environment which requires a high level of hygiene and cleanliness
- By flexible and adaptable
- Have a good work ethic and 'can do' attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From €14.50 per hour
