We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking, and motivated housekeeping Assistant for Jim Mc Gees Wexford Town. Applicants must have a positive can-do attitude, friendly personality when dealing with customers, genuinely enjoy working as part of a team and be available for casual hours of work including weekend working.
This role will require some flexibility and the ability to work across all departments.
Purpose of Position:
The candidate must be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly, and effective approach.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cleaning of rooms
- cleaning of public areas
- · Provide excellent customer service.
- · To communicate any enquiries to the relevant department in a timely manner, ensuring that all information is correct.
- · Deal effectively with all queries relating to your shift as required.
- · Basic cleaning duties in the public areas.
- · To assist other departments if required with basic tasks.
- · Participate with training and coaching of team members as required.
- · Attend training when required.
- · To be fully aware of and strictly adhere to Health and Safety, fire, and security procedures.
Requirements
· Good communication skills with good spoken English
· Must have good customer service experience.
· Be self-motivated and a team player.
· Must be prompt and reliable.
· Be flexible with regards to working hours and be available for weekend work
