We are seeking an experienced and organized Accounts and Finance Administrator to join our growing retail and online business. This is a varied hands on role that would suit someone with strong bookkeeping and payroll experience who enjoys working in a busy SME environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day finance function, ensuring the accurate processing of financial transactions while supporting the wider business.
Previous experience in a similar accounts, bookkeeping or finance administration role is essential. Salary range is flexible for the suitable candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Processing payroll and ensuring compliance with PAYE requirements
Prepare and submit VAT returns
Process supplier invoices and payments
Bank reconciliations
Maintaining accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company procedures
Liaise with external accountants and auditors as required
Pay: €35,000.00-€42,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Letterkenny, County Donegal (F92)
