We're looking for our next Channel Champion to join the team as our People & Culture Coordinator!
About Channelscaler
Channelscaler is transforming how companies scale through their partners. Our AI-powered platform automates and simplifies partner engagement — from onboarding and incentives to performance tracking — helping vendors and partners grow faster together.
With one unified system, companies manage their entire partner lifecycle with ease and clarity. We're building a category-defining company rooted in expertise, empathy, and innovation — and we're just getting started.
About the Role
As the People & Culture Coordinator, reporting to the Head of People, you'll be the on-the-ground presence for our Galway office, keeping culture programs, recruiting, and onboarding moving day to day.
You'll partner cross-functionally to support the team locally and help build a strong, connected culture globally as we grow.
This role is a great fit for someone early in their HR/People Operations career who wants hands-on exposure across recruiting, culture, and day-to-day people operations.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you'll focus on delivering results that move both the team and company forward by:
- Keep the Galway office running smoothly day to day — stocking the breakroom, ordering supplies, coordinating with vendors, and handling office and facilities requests as they come up.
- Serve as the on-site host for colleagues, customers, and other visitors, including coordinating catering, preparing meeting spaces, and handling day-of logistics.
- Plan and coordinate Galway office events while supporting company-wide culture and engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and Culture Committee logistics.
- Support recruiting by sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for employees in Ireland and the U.K., ensuring new hires are set up for a smooth start and departing employees have a well-coordinated exit.
- Own equipment coordination for Ireland and the U.K., partnering with our IT provider to manage laptop setup, inventory, shipping, and returns.
- Serve as an approachable, on-site resource for the Galway team, helping with general employee questions and day-to-day needs while escalating sensitive or more complex matters to People leadership when appropriate.
What Success Looks Like
- The Galway office runs smoothly, stays stocked and visitor-ready, and day-to-day needs are handled proactively without requiring constant direction.
- Employees have a reliable, approachable person on-site who takes ownership of questions and requests and knows when to involve People leadership.
- Team events, recognition programs, and culture initiatives are consistently well planned and executed.
- Visitors and colleagues coming into the Galway office have a welcoming, well-organized experience.
- Recruiting processes stay organized and moving, with candidates receiving timely, professional communication.
- New hires in Ireland and the U.K. have a smooth onboarding experience, with their equipment and other logistics ready when they start.
- Equipment is accurately tracked, with a reliable process in place for setup, shipping, collection, and returns.
Qualifications
Required:
- 1–3 years of experience in office management, administration, HR coordination, recruiting coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on the details.
- A hands-on, service-oriented mindset and willingness to jump in wherever needed to keep the office and team running smoothly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable style.
- Sound judgment and discretion, with the ability to recognize when sensitive or complex matters should be escalated.
- Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and owning day-to-day responsibilities with minimal oversight.
Preferred (nice to have):
- Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, office operations, or employee events.
- Experience with HR systems, applicant tracking systems, or employee engagement platforms.
- Experience working in a fast-paced or multi-country organization.
