SSP are now hiring for an experienced construction manager to join their team based in Dublin.
The role involves a hybrid work setting with a company car included.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage project costs, maximizing value and minimizing wastage/delays
- Maintain client satisfaction throughout lifespan of project to try and build long term business partnerships to secure a prosperous future for the business
- Ensure plant & material sheets are being compiled weekly to an acceptable standard
- Produce comprehensive reports from Tender meetings and carry out handover with Estimating
- Programme and Risk Management and cost control including forecasting, actual cost and red cost reporting
- Compile sub-contracts in correct format prior to works commencing
- Review Drawings, update and identify anomalies
- Developing new clients as and when appropriate
- Responsible for overall Health & Safety (H&S) on site treating this as a non-negotiable value on every level and ensuring this is central to all decision making
- Any Adhoc duties that may apply.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a project manager.
- A third level degree an advantage.
- Good communication skills.
