Maintenance Operator – FMCG Sector (Northwest Ireland)
About the Role
We are seeking Maintenance Personnel to support our operations through follow‑up and preventative maintenance activities. This role is ideal for someone who is hands‑on, reliable, and eager to develop their skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining line efficiency targets by providing timely preventative and follow‑up maintenance on equipment and machinery
- Following up external maintenance schedule
- Support day‑to‑day maintenance tasks within a fast‑paced FMCG environment
- Assist with mechanical, fabrication, and hydraulic-related work
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of all equipment
- Ensure related paperwork is up to the standard
Preferred Experience
- Industrial experience in hydraulic systems
- Mechanical maintenance experience (advantageous but not essential)
- Experience on project work
- Basic effluent treatment system knowledge
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn
- Willing to drive a project within the given timeline
- Must have own transport arrangements
