Routine Service Engineer – Leinster
McHale Plant Sales is an appointed distributor of Komatsu construction & forestry machinery, Metso, Jonsson & MDS crushing & screening equipment, Prinoth mulchers & tracked carriers, Topcon & Komatsu machine control systems, Komatsu hydraulic breakers, Engcon tilt rotators, Lenhoff dedicated quick couplers and attachments and xWatch machine safety systems. The company also provides spare parts and repairs for all products represented and operates throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland from its two depots based at Birdhill Co. Tipperary and Rathcoole Co. Dublin.
We currently wish to recruit a Routine Service Engineer to join our Team. This role will be primarily mobile based, covering the greater Leinster region and surrounding counties, providing routine service and back-up support to our customers on site. It will also involve working within our workshop as and when required for larger repair work which cannot be completed on site.
This position will mostly be focused on the periodic maintenance of the Komatsu range of Construction equipment, performing field campaigns and completing walk around inspections while providing customers with the best levels of service.
At McHale Plant Sales, our Service Engineers are backed up by a highly experienced service department and a continuous training environment.
Requirements:
- Have experience working with heavy plant and machinery
- Excellent communication skills
- Full driving licence
- Competent in welding and fabrication.
- Computer Literate.
