Key Responsibilities
· Debone beef and meat products efficiently and accurately.
· Carry out cutting and boning to the required specifications.
· Maintain high standards of product quality and yield.
· Use knives and equipment safely and correctly.
· Follow HACCP, food safety, hygiene and safety procedures.
· Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
· Meet daily production and quality targets.
· Work effectively and cooperatively as part of a team.
Requirements
· Previous experience in meat cutting and boning is desirable.
· Good knife skills and knowledge of meat cuts.
· Experience in a meat processing environment is an advantage.
· Understanding of HACCP and food safety requirements.
· Understanding the importance of following food safety regulations and company procedures.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
· Good teamwork and communication skills.
· Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of work.
