One of Ireland’s largest automotive retail groups with many dealerships in the Dublin area is now hiring a Service Advisor to join their team.

About the role:
Based in Dublin 12 , fulltime onsite Monday to Friday, this role includes:
- Providing the end to end service of a customer vehicle service journey
§ Meeting and greeting all service customers
§ Scheduling customer vehicle service bookings by phone, email, walk-in
§ Determining workshop availability for service, maintenance and repair work
§ Maintaining up to date progress on each of your customer vehicles when undergoing service and/or repair,
§ Advising and agreeing with customers on additional work or costs
§ Handing the serviced vehicle over at the agreed day/time, explaining the work completed and processing payment.
- Liaising with other teams in the business, management, reception, sales, warranty, parts
- assisting with gathering customer service feedback
Skills and Experience
-
at least 1 years’ experience in a similar role working in the Motor industry

good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills (fluent written and spoken English)

a working knowledge of ADP/Kerridge - further training can be provided

proven experience in providing excellent service to front line customers

ability to prioritise, multi-task, manage time effectively particularly at peak times

a driving licence valid for Ireland

Fully authorised to live and work in Ireland or hold a current visa/work permit
