We actively looking to hire an experienced Programme Manager to join our growing PMO team. The successful candidate will work with the Programme Director to design, develop and implement programme plans throughout the business.
Role and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a comprehensive program plan that outlines the goals, objectives, timelines, resources, and associated risks.

Coordinate and oversee the execution of program initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with the program plan and objectives and network into the BU product development and program management teams globally

Communicate program status, progress, and risks to stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners.

Develop and manage program budget, ensuring that all initiatives are adequately funded and resources are used efficiently.

Lead and manage program team, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure successful execution of program initiatives.

Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, ensuring that risk management strategies are in place and implemented.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with program stakeholders, ensuring that expectations are met.

Prepare regular program progress, status, and performance reports, present findings to senior management and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role, managing multiple projects and initiatives within a specific program.

Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Experience with budgeting and financial management.

Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

Strong knowledge of the business environment and industry trends.

Ability to manage complex programs with multiple projects and initiatives.

Appreciation of British European and international standards for construction and insulation products and applications would be an advantage.

Periodic international travel may be required depending on the respective project scopes
