Kdm Construction Ltd is looking for a skilled Snagger to join our team on our site development in Monksland, Athlone.
Key Responsibilities/ Duties:
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out snagging and finishing works across a variety of interior projects, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard before handover.
- Carry out snagging and remedial works on completed projects.
- Assemble and install door frames, doors, skirting, architraves, and other joinery items.
- Complete minor carpentry, plastering, painting, and finishing tasks.
- Identify defects and implement solutions efficiently.
- Carry out general handyman duties as required.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to company quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in snagging, finishing, or handyman work within construction or interior fit-out projects.
- Strong carpentry and joinery skills, including fitting door frames and doors.
- Ability to carry out a range of finishing trades to a high standard.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
- Full driving licence preferred.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
