Job description
Drive sales growth and brand visibility across Dublin and the wider Leinster region, with a strong focus on merchandising excellence, attention to detail, and excellent in-store execution.
Key areas of responsibilities and accountability
- Ensure strong in-store product visibility, availability, and presentation.
- Implement promotions, displays, and merchandising standards in line with company guidelines.
- Develop customer relationships and grow sales across the assigned territory.
- Monitor stock levels, identify opportunities, and share market feedback with the business.
Profile
- Experience in merchandising, distribution, construction, DIY stores, building merchants, or a similar field-based role.
- Strong commercial awareness, customer relationship skills, and a keen eye for detail.
- Well organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
- Good computer literacy, including confidence using Excel.
- Full driving licence and flexibility to travel across Dublin, Meath, Kildare, Wicklow, or Louth.
