We are seeking a motivated and professional Physiotherapy Assistant to support the delivery of high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will assist in musculoskeletal assessments and treatment implementation.
Weekend availability is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with musculoskeletal assessments and diagnosis
- Deliver prescribed physiotherapy treatment programmes
- Guide patients through rehabilitation exercises
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Maintain clinical records in accordance with professional standards
- Ensure clinic hygiene, organization, and equipment maintenance
- Uphold patient dignity, privacy, and professional standards at all times
Essential Requirements:
- Availability to work weekends (THIS IS A WEEKEND PART-TIME POSITION. PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (or final-year student awaiting graduation)
- CORU registered or in the process of registration with CORU
- Strong understanding of musculoskeletal and neural physiotherapy principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Must be legally entitled to work in Ireland
Desirable:
- Clinical placement or private practice experience
- Experience in exercise prescription and rehabilitation
