Working alongside the existing team to maintain smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.

Helping deliver consistently high-quality food during busy service periods.

Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes.

Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, HACCP, and hygiene.

Helping create a positive, organised, and efficient kitchen environment.

Previous experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up.
