We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate is reliable, organised, and enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of hot food dishes.
- Produce desserts, pastries, cakes, and sweet products.
- Assist with catering and special event preparation.
- Support daily food production and kitchen organisation.
- Maintain excellent food presentation and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor stock levels and minimise food waste.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and efficient.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet daily production targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hot food preparation and dessert production.
- Experience with large-scale food production is an advantage.
- Understanding of HACCP and food safety procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and strong team spirit.
- Good English communication skills.
- Flexibility to work some weekends as part of the rota.
