We're looking for a motivated, reliable person to join our production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, wants to learn new skills and is interested in a long-term career in construction and manufacturing.
What You'll Do
Working alongside experienced tradespeople, you'll learn how to:
- Build and convert shipping containers
- Use hand and power tools safely
- Install insulation and cladding
- Fit windows and doors
- Assist with carpentry and interior fit-outs
- Read technical drawings
- Maintain a clean and organised workshop
- Deliver high-quality workmanship on every project
Every project is different, giving you the chance to develop a wide range of practical skills.
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Hard-working and reliable
- Good timekeeping
- Enjoys practical, hands-on work
- Ability to work as part of a small team
- Full driving licence is an advantage but not essential
- Previous construction or factory experience is welcome but not required—full training will be provided.
