We are recruiting C category drivers with home-delivery experience to join our appliance delivery, installation and service team. Successful candidates receive industry-recognised appliance manufacturer training, developing the skills to install, commission, service and repair domestic appliances.
You will also participate in our European Driver Recognition Programme, which recognises and rewards the skill, knowledge, professionalism and experience of our drivers.

The role
Working as part of a two-person crew, you will deliver appliances safely to customers’ homes and, following training, install and commission them to manufacturer standards.
You will:
- Deliver and install domestic appliances nationwide
- Carry out vehicle checks and plan work safely
- Provide a professional customer experience
- Complete delivery, installation and service documentation
- Support appliance service and repair work as your skills develop
What you will bring
- Full Category C licence, Driver CPC and digital tachograph card
- Experience in home delivery, furniture delivery, white-goods delivery or similar work
- A practical, hands on approach and pride in doing a job properly
- Strong customer-service and teamwork skills
- An interest in developing a recognised technical career
Experience with appliance installation, assembly, fitting or field service is an advantage, but not essential.
Gencat.tech warehouses, delivers, installs, services and repairs appliances for leading manufacturers. Our Dublin based crews cover all 32 counties, supported by a dedicated service centre.
