The Security Coordinator supports the day-to-day operation of the client’s workplace and security function. They deliver the daily operational and administration support to the client Physical Security Manager, Ireland. As primary point of contact they ensure routine activities are completed efficiently, stakeholders receive support, vendors are coordinated and operational issues resolved.
About the role:
Based in the office in CityWest.
Hours 0800-1630 Monday to Friday
This role requires strong organisation and problem-solving skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and contractors, and deliver professional and timely administration support and reports.
About The Role
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Operations Coordination
- Coordinate day-to-day security admin requests
- Liaise with service providers and contractors including reception, facilities and technical security vendors.
- Support access control and badge administration processes including onboarding and offboarding activities
- Assist with documentation, requests for support and follow-up actions.
- Maintain a log of security related tasks and actions.
Vendor and Contractor Management
- Coordinate visits from security engineers and service providers
- Schedule and monitor maintenance activities
- Track open issues and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain records of service visits and outstanding actions.
Workplace and Visitor Experience
- Support visitor management processes
- Assist with executive visits, customer visits and events.
- Lead by example to ensure a professional, welcoming and meet security guidelines
- Act as point of contact for workplace related queries
Administration and Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports and dashboards
- Ensure alignment and standardization of regional documentation and reporting templates.
- Maintain a site security calendar to support overall operational effectiveness.
- Ensure all site relevant documentation is stored securely and accessible as required, maintain a document management system for all reports, SOPs and other relevant documentation.
- Assist as required in audit and compliance reviews for the site.
- Track actions arising from audits, inspections, projects and meetings
- Track budgets and year to date spend
Event and Project Support
- Support planning and coordination of events
- Support security planning for conferences and executive visits
- Coordinate logistics and stakeholder communications
Role requirements
- PSA license
- Excellent administrative skills.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, immaculate timekeeping, organizational skills.
- Proficient in the use of technology (MS Office)
