The Role:
We're is looking for friendly, reliable people to join our Event Entry Team at Electric Picnic 2026.
Working at one of Ireland’s biggest festivals, you’ll be part of the team responsible for welcoming attendees onto site and helping keep the entry operation running smoothly. It’s a busy, customer-facing role where no two shifts are quite the same.
You don’t need previous festival experience. We’re looking for people who are confident working with the public, can work well as part of a team and are ready to get stuck in.
What You’ll Be Doing
Throughout your shifts, you’ll help with different areas of the festival entry operation, including:
- Welcoming attendees as they arrive at the festival
- Scanning tickets and assisting with the wristbanding process
- Helping customers with entry-related questions and directions
- Managing queues and keeping entry areas moving efficiently
- Identifying ticketing or entry issues and escalating these to your supervisor
- Working alongside supervisors and other team members to keep gates running smoothly
- Providing a friendly and professional experience for festivalgoers
Full training will be provided before you begin.
Working at Electric Picnic
Festival work involves long, busy days, so you’ll need to be comfortable working outdoors and spending extended periods on your feet.
Shifts are generally 8–12 hours, although exact working times will depend on customer flow and operational requirements. Your shift information will be confirmed by the team on site.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for team members who:
- Are 18 or over
- Are reliable, punctual and ready to work
- Have a friendly and confident approach to customer service
- Can remain calm and professional in a busy environment
- Are comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Can follow instructions and communicate well with their team
- Are comfortable using handheld devices such as ticket scanners
Previous event or customer service experience is useful, but not essential.
