Sea Church, one of Ireland’s most unique coastal venues, is seeking a hands-on and confident Bartender to support the smooth delivery of our busy restaurant bar.
This is a fully operational, on-the-floor role, working directly with our Venue Manager. Your purpose is to ensure that everything runs seamlessly: the venue is set up correctly, timelines are respected, and guests have an exceptional experience.
We are looking for an energetic, reliable bartender to join our team for the season to help with our restaurant, weddings, and private functions.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced social environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Serving beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Setting up and closing down bar areas
- Handling payments and keeping the bar clean and organised
- Working as part of a team at busy events and venues
What We’re Looking For
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
- Confident working in busy environments
- Good communication and people skills
- Reliable, punctual, and well presented
- Available to work evenings and weekends
