As we continue to expand across Ireland, we are looking for an experienced and professional Medical Practice Receptionist to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming patients and creating a professional, friendly clinic experience
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and patient enquiries
- Booking and coordinating appointments across multiple clinicians
- Handling patient records and maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Processing payments and managing clinic administration
- Supporting day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth patient journeys
- Liaising with doctors and the wider clinical team
- Following up with patients where appropriate
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a medical practice reception or healthcare administration role is essential
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfortable using CRM and appointment booking systems
- Experience using Socrates software would be a strong advantage
- Professional, proactive, and patient-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
