Bleeper is hiring a reliable van driver to support our growing e-bike operations in Dublin. This is an evening-based role focused on battery swapping and fleet rebalancing across the city.
You'll work independently using a company van and mobile app to complete assigned tasks throughout your shift.
Key Details
· Pay: €17.50 per hour
· Schedule: 4pm to midnight
· 5 days out of 7 (weekends included)
· Paid 45-minute break each shift
· Permanent, full-time role
· Location: Dublin City
What You’ll Be Doing
· Driving a manual van across Dublin City
· Swapping e-bike batteries (approx. 7kg each)
· Rebalancing bikes across different locations
· Following routes and tasks via a mobile app
· Working independently to complete daily targets
Requirements
· Full clean driver’s licence (manual)
· Must be 25 or older
· Comfortable driving in city environments
· Able to handle light physical work (repeated lifting of 7kg batteries)
· Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
· Basic smartphone skills (apps used for navigation and task tracking)
Nice to Have (Not Essential)
· Previous driving or delivery experience
· Experience working in a field-based or operational role
