At Nutbutter, we’re all about feel-good food, good vibes, and great people. Our crew is friendly, fast, and full of energy – and we’re looking for Baristas/Servers, full and part time to join our front-of-house team and help us serve up great food, coffee and even better service.
Whether you’re banging out great dishes or coffee, greeting guests with a smile, or running dishes with flair, you’ll be a key part of making Nutbutter the best part of our guests’ day.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve coffee, food, and good energy to every guest
- Deliver friendly, efficient, and upbeat service
- Know the menu and help guests with allergen or dietary needs
- Keep the FOH area looking clean, fresh, and welcoming
- Work as a team player – jump in wherever needed
- Bring a great attitude, even on busy days
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a barista or in a busy café/restaurant environment
- Passion for people, food, and hospitality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
- A team-first mindset and strong work ethic
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends
