About Us
Solar Services Ireland is a growing renewable energy company specialising in the design and installation of solar PV systems for residential and commercial customers across Ireland. We are seeking an organised and professional Administrator to support our day-to-day office operations.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth running of office activities and delivering excellent customer service over the phone and by email.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Managing customer enquiries and correspondence
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Preparing and organising documents and records
- Updating customer information and company databases
- Assisting with quotations, invoices, and general office administration
- Supporting the management team with ad hoc administrative tasks
Requirements
- Previous administration or office experience preferred
- Strong telephone manner and communication skills
- Good organisational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail
