As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Advanced Personalisation Developer, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimisation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and Salesforce Personalisation capabilities across the customer engagement ecosystem. Working closely with marketing, CRM, data, and business stakeholders, you will design, build, and deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns, customer journeys, audience segmentation, lead nurturing programmes, and personalised digital experiences.
You will play a key role in translating business requirements into scalable marketing solutions, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce Data Cloud, CRM, consent management, analytics, and digital channels. This role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-scale customer engagement initiatives while helping to shape best practices across campaign delivery, marketing automation, lead management, and personalisation.
Key Responsibilities of the Role
- Configure, administer, and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and Salesforce Personalisation platforms, including user management, security, integrations, and environment configuration.
- Design, build, test, and deploy end-to-end marketing campaigns, lead nurturing programmes, forms, landing pages, email journeys, segmentation strategies, and automated workflows.
- Configure and manage audience segmentation, lead scoring, grading models, engagement programmes, dynamic content, and personalisation rules to support marketing and sales objectives.
- Collaborate with CRM, Data Cloud, analytics, and business teams to ensure accurate customer data flows, campaign targeting, consent management, and performance reporting.
- Support campaign execution, monitoring, optimisation, and troubleshooting activities, ensuring successful delivery across email, web, and digital engagement channels.
- Produce and maintain solution documentation, campaign specifications, configuration artefacts, testing evidence, and operational support procedures.
