Bonus
A fixed bonus is paid for building structures efficiently and correctly.
You can expect that it will add about €1.50 to your weekly basic hourly rate on average throughout the year.

The Role
We are looking for a Greenhouse Constructor to join our team. You'll work alongside an experienced Site Leader installing greenhouses and polytunnels at customer sites throughout Ireland.
Construction, carpentry or site experience is an advantage but not essential.
This is a physical, outdoor role with very regular travel and overnight stays. You'll work on a variety of projects around Ireland, with company transport* & accommodation and meals** provided when staying away.
Responsibilities
- Install greenhouses and polytunnels.
- Use hand and power tools.
- Maintain tools and equipment.
- Measure accurately and follow instructions.
- Load and unload vans before & after site trips.
- Follow Health & Safety procedures.
- Complete final quality and site checks.
- Represent the company professionally at customer sites.
- Building & grounds maintenance.
- Fabrication & assembly.

As workdays can involve very early starts, we are particularly interested in applicants who are based locally or within a reasonable commuting distance of our premises in Birr, Co. Offaly.
Training & Progression
Full training is provided, including installation methods, Health & Safety and Manual Handling.
There is an opportunity to gain a forklift licence, scissor lift licence and progress to a Lead Technician / Site Leader role in the future.
Travel & Outdoor Work
Travel throughout Ireland and regular overnight stays are a normal part of the role.
The work is primarily outdoors and takes place in changing weather conditions. Suitable wet-weather gear is provided.
*Staff clock in at our premises and are paid for travel to site. When staying away overnight, paid time begins on arrival at the local site.
**When overnight stays are required, we cover your evening meal and breakfast the following morning, with lunches excluded.
