Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services to a diverse clientele
- Provide expert advice on styles, trends, and hair care
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming workspace
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently in a busy environment
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ professional barbering experience (preferred)
- Strong technical skills in cutting, styling, and shaving
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced shop
- Positive attitude and a genuine passion for barbering
