As demand for our products continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operative to join our team at our facility in Dublin 12.
The Role
This role will primarily involve the preparation and processing of fresh fruit as part of our in-house dehydration production process. This is a hands-on production role suited to someone who enjoys structured, routine work and takes pride in consistency, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
The role is ideal for someone seeking stable weekday morning working hours in a friendly and supportive production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Cutting and preparing fresh fruit for dehydration production
- Assisting with fruit processing and preparation tasks
- Carrying out quality checks on fruit before processing
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the production area
- Supporting the production team to ensure daily production targets are met
- Following all company food safety and health & safety procedures
- Keeping workstations clean, organised, and efficient
- Assisting with additional light production duties when required
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent with attendance
- Comfortable carrying out routine and repetitive production tasks
- Good attention to detail and hygiene standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable standing for extended periods during shifts
- Comfortable handling fresh produce and working in a food production environment
- Good awareness of workplace health & safety practices
- Previous food preparation or production experience is an advantage but not essential
