Essential Requirements
- Previous Office Manager, Administrator, or Coordinator experience.
- Construction, trades, or contractor industry experience preferred.
- Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Role Overview
Fior Insulation & Fire Protection Ltd is seeking an organised and proactive Office Manager to support daily office operations, project coordination, scheduling, client communications, and administrative support for management and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office administration and day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and project documentation.
- Handle customer, supplier, and subcontractor communications.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, reports, and correspondence.
- Support project managers with scheduling and document control.
- Assist with timesheets, payroll administration, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety documentation.
