Role Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable team members to join our front-of-house and crepes station. This role involves serving customers, preparing ice cream and crepes, and maintaining a clean and friendly shop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare and serve ice cream, crepes, and other menu items
- Operate the till and handle cash/card transactions
- Keep the shop clean, organised, and well-stocked
- Work efficiently as part of a team in a busy environment
Requirements:
- Front of House Position: 3-5 years of retail experience
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Advanced English
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Previous experience in hospitality is a plus but not required (training provided)
