Restaurant Supervisor
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service. The successful candidate will supervise staff, maintain high service standards, and support the management team in achieving operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support restaurant staff during shifts.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
- Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling.
- Maintain inventory levels and support stock control.
- Support the restaurant’s online presence by assisting with social media content and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant operations.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Familiarity with AI tools and applications for content creation, scheduling, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Pay: €16.00-€17.00 per hour
