What You’ll Be Doing
- Crafting beautiful coffee — from perfect espresso shots to silky milk, you’ll help ensure every cup meets our specialty standards.
- Supporting and uplifting the team — you will uphold Greenbean’s operational standards, guide new starters, and help create a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
- Creating memorable guest experiences — you will set the tone for warm, friendly service and help customers feel at home.
- Keeping the coffee house running smoothly — from opening and closing to stock checks and HACCP compliance, you’ll help keep everything on track.
- Promote Barista Training – To the local community and beyond
What You Bring
· A minimum of 1–2 years of specialty coffee/barista experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- A genuine love for coffee and sharing that passion with others.
- Strong communication skills and a calm, supportive approach under pressure.
- Flexibility to work across a 6‑day week, including weekends and public holidays.

Salary of €35,000 + performance bonuses
